Justin Colvard first picked up a guitar at 10 years old in Allen, Texas. After moving to Nashville and working at the Nashville Palace—where he appeared in Toby Keith’s “Honkytonk U” music video—he eventually relocated to Brighton, Missouri. There, he and his father formed The Taste of Texas Band, opening for acts like Miranda Lambert and Mo Pitney.

In 2020, Justin and his family moved to the Gulf Coast. Since then, he's played the Frank Brown International Songwriters Festival, had two songs break the top 100 on the Texas Country Music charts, and partnered with Beachilly Lifestyle as a brand ambassador. His latest single, "Gulf Coast Interstate," reached #13 on the Trop Rock charts.
